The Eccentric Artists consist of 39 Boulder County painters, sculptors and gardeners who produce a biennial event: The Eccentric Artists’ Garden Exhibit and Tour. The painters and sculptors in created new work for the Exhibit, inspired by the 14 artists’ gardens which the public visited during the Tour.
